Baking’s been in my blood for generations — literally.
My great-grandmother, Esther, was a talented pastry chef herself. Her love for the craft was passed down to my grandma, then to me. I grew up baking by her side, and as a kid I was completely obsessed. My 5th grade science fair project? “The science behind the perfect chocolate chip cookie.” (Spoiler: I nailed it.).

Fast forward to adulthood: I left my corporate job in my early 20s because the 9–5 grind just wasn’t it. I wanted more — more creativity, more butter, more joy. So I enrolled at the French Pastry School in Chicago, where I discovered what it really meant to make something exquisite from scratch.

Since then, I’ve worked in some of the country’s most celebrated kitchens — from Eataly and Spago Beverly Hills to the Los Angeles Country Club and most recently The Four Seasons Resort. But eventually, I realized it was time to drive the bus myself (shoutout to my dad for that wisdom). I’ve always been a natural leader, and I wanted to build something that was entirely mine.

That’s how Esther’s Bakeshop was born — a tribute to my great-grandmother, my middle name, and the belief that pastry can be both elevated and comforting. I’m here to serve you something familiar — like the best chocolate chip cookie you’ve ever had — but made with so much love, technique, and quality, it just hits different.

I believe in baking with integrity, using the best ingredients, and adding just enough personality to make you smile (usually with butter, sometimes with jokes).

Esther’s Bakeshop is here for the treat-yourself moment — that muffin, cookie, or cake that’s so good, you’ll wish you got two.
